Goldstone teleservices presents specialty composite insulators including heat shrinkable cable accessories for telecom components. The products have been tested at an indian test lab - central power research institute [cpri], besides at its own comprehensive in-house testing facility, including thermal mechanical test and high voltage tests including wet power frequency test. Also, these insulators are approved by rdso for 25 kv composite insulators for traction applica-tions. The insulator system comprises of two main compo-nents, i.E., a rod or tube made of glass fibre reinforced plas-tics and a silicone elastomer housing covering the frp rod. This design allows a separate improvement of the insulators mechanical property and improves the electrical performance. These insulators exhibit outstanding mechanical and electrical characteristics meeting all overhead line and switchgear engineering requirements.
